Role responsibilities:
• Be able to review, understand and interpret new regulations and incoming rules relating to BASEL III or changes to existing regulations
• Advise on capital-efficient structuring for large ticket/ complex transactions (banking, trading and securitisation)
• Responsible for supporting finance, risk, management and the business on regulatory policy and interpretation
• Responsible for providing regulatory interpretation and capital calculation for the group across relevant jurisdictions
Experience/skills required:
• Good knowledge of complex Trading, Banking, and securitisation products and their capital requirements
• Good understanding of BASEL III and CAD
• Needs to have good Market Risk (BIPRU 7.2, 7.3 and 7.6) and Counterparty Credit Risk experience
