HEAD OF REGULATORY REPORTING, SENIOR MANAGER recruitment
Our client is a major global financial services provider engaged in investment banking, private banking and investment management services with an extensive international presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an experienced professional to join them.
Responsible for the identification, preparation and submission of regulatory reports in compliance with various regulatory requirements, including substantial shareholder requirements, takeovers, short-selling and industry specific requirements for the Asia region. Manage a small team in completing daily activities. Research and analyze regulatory, legal and corporate compliance reporting requirements in various jurisdictions. Proactively identify, resolve and communicate compliance issues and trends. Implement processes for identifying new and existing reporting obligations and ensure that they are fulfilled on a timely basis. Assess impacts of internal and external procedural and technical regulatory developments relevant to the job functions.
To qualify for the position, you should be a University graduate with a minimum of 3 years legal or compliance experience in relevant area. Excellent analytical skills, problem solving ability and attention to detail. Sound interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and develop staff. Excellent excel skills. Fluent in English.
