Based in London, they seek a Head of Relationship Management to lead a team of 4 in London. This team covers all European clients and are responsible for revenue streams of circa £40million+. They now see someone to lead this team based out of London. They are seeking someone with strong management experience in either sales or an account management capacity that has led a team of circa 4 or more. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge within the equity markets and institutional trading space. You must be familiar with the buy side and related trading strategies. You will be responsible for helping coach, train and direct this team across Europe. They are seeking an experienced and driven self-starter who will be a key driver for revenue acquisition and will ensure that the business goals and sales targets are achieved.
