Head of Retail Models, Provisions & MI
With the option to be based in either Belfast or Dublin, you’ll report to the Retail Chief Credit Officer as a member of the senior management team of Retail Credit Risk. This role is one of the main contact points with the RBS Group Risk and Finance communities.
This team is one of the key enablers of Ulster Bank and RBS Group’s strategic plan through the advancement of the strategic risk objectives (maintaining market confidence, delivering stable earnings growth and stable/efficient access to liquidity and funding).
The purpose of the role is to drive delivery in line with the Retail Credit Risk Operational Plan, delivering integrated solutions that satisfy external regulatory, RBS Group and internal customer requirements. Also involved, but is not limited to, is championing expert challenge and direction on credit risk identification and measurement methodologies.
As the Head of Retail Models, Provisions MI, you’ll need a strong and experienced analytical background. You will be exposed to various internal and external stakeholders up to exec level, so naturally the ability to develop and enhance strong stakeholder relationships is essential.
