Head of Risk & Controls – Melbourne, Austalia recruitment
I am seeking a proven business visionary and strategic leader to drive end-to-end controls improvement across Technology to position the company's controls capabilities at the forefront of its regional and local peers.
As part of the ISO Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be accountable for the development and execution of the policies, programs and processes to ensure effective management of information security across Divisions and technology controls within Technology.
This is a key role within the business, working closely with internal business partners to establish an effective Company wide Technology control and response capability that drive ongoing risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for developing, executing and maintaining Group IS policies, programs and processes, in compliance with the Company's internal and external regulations and standards. You will establish Technology's overall controls strategy and implementation plan to improve the Technology risk and profile and align controls to best practice.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement solutions to ensure effective management of information security and technology control to drive and manage a complex portfolio of projects.
