Head of Risk Governance and Control | Private Banking/Wealth Management| Director | SEA – Singapore recruitment
Role:
• To develop, implement and uphold the bank's Enterprise level and Wealth Management Risk Control and Governance policies
• To ensure risk control environment and culture
• Responsible for the management of the Businesses' other risk eg. Operational Risk, Investment Risks, Product Risk Management and Reputational risk
• Ensure full co-ordination of all relevant Risk control and governance efforts across the various Wealth Management locations
• Working closely with the Enterprise Policy group to be responsible for developing and managing the various Wealth Management Risk policies and guidelines for maximum possible alignment and consistency
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 12 years of experience within Wealth Management/Operational Risk with solid knowledge of Credit, Market, Product and investment risk
• Working knowledge of Basel II
• In depth understanding of Wealth management Business ad products related to risk control
• Having APAC knowledge of Wealth Management Operational risk advantageous
• Strong IT skills – Excel, powerpoint, word
