Head of Sales – Commodity & Energy Division – SINGAPORE recruitment

You will be responsible for setting the sales strategy, budgeting, training and mentoring and ultimately delivering sales revenue through new and existing accounts. You will assist the product team with product innovations. You will have responsibility for recruiting, training and mentoring your team and will have input into commission structures and incentives for delivering the required targets.

You will be an expert in consultative selling, have proven ability to deliver results through the development of key sales and revenue metrics and have in depth knowledge of the Commodity and Energy Trading environment.
