HEAD OF SALES AND DISTRIBUTION PREMIUM BANKING recruitment

Requirements:

- higher education in economics, finance or quantitative area;
- 6+ years banking experience in sales distribution related areas;
- candidate should have managed larger teams of sales staff (20+);
- prior branch manager or area manager position as an advantage;
- strong analytical and presentation skills are essential to the position;
- profficiency in English.

Major responsibilities:

- analyze sales performance across the sales network;
- actively communicate sales performance and measures for improvement at all levels of management;
- maintain communication with all regions on common sales initiatives and programs;
- actively steer sales performance across the network, incl. development of staff;
- review and imporove general sales approach including financial advisory;
- initiate client acquisition programs incl. 3rd party partner programs;
- coordinate sales stimulating programs with bank`s partners;
- further develop bonus and reward programs for sales staff;
- manage compensation system for sales staff;
- roll out of sales initiatives and client programs across the network and monitor and report their impact.
