Does this sound like you?
- You have at least 7-10 years of sales experience
- You have at least 3-5 years of leading a team of sales associates
- You must have a good working knowledge from the financial industry within loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc.
- Previous banking experience or financial organization background is a PLUS
- You consider yourself very hands on, team oriented and someone that is resilient
- You have strong sales strategy and leadership capabilities
- You possess strong reporting skills- you consider yourself to be process oriented
- Having exposure with local corporations and companies in HK is a PLUS
- You are looking for a new fresh organization that allows you to grow
- You enjoy a “boutique firm” environment
- You MUST be fluent in Cantonese and English
