Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Management professional to lead our sales team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Country Manager, the key focus in this role to manage, coach and energise the sales team to achieve and sustain sales growth and development.

Qualifications, Skills Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with strong experience in strategic selling, preferably in the international payments/finance marketplace, selling to top level decision makers and national accounts.  Strong leadership and sales management experience is a must as is excellent communication skills to ensure strong relationship development internally and externally, and the ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
