Head of Sanctions / Sanctions SME
My client is a Global Bank that continues to invest in a number of high profile change programmes throughout 2013 and beyond.
In particular they are looking for a Senior Sanctions SME to provide strategic input across a global / groupwide change initative. Therfore you will be comfortable being parachuted into senior stakeholders anywhere in the bank, quickly understanding concerns/ requirements just how to deliver against them. Experience of working across Compliance and Sanctions is essential alongwith;
- Deep understanding of UK/EU/UN/US sanctions essential
- Extensive sanctions experience essential gained within Global Banking Organisation
- Previous experience working at Group level across IB / RB / WM
- Good understanding of the FSA rules and other relevant legislation and guidance
- Proven analytical skills, together with the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning
- Proven ability to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proven team player with an open communication style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
