Head of Securities Operations
As the Head of Securities Operations you will be responsible for the operational management of a team of circa two hundred securities operations professionals who are responsible for securities processing and operations as a whole. This will entail extensive team management, stakeholder management and some change management skills to help the site develop further.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader in the financial services securities operations business to be the head of a growing function within the bank.
You should apply for this role if you have:
- 10+ years financial services experience
- Deep securities business knowledge
- Strong operations, middle office and trade processing experience
- Excellent team and stakeholder management skills
- BSc educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is a permanent role at Director level compensated at £100,000 - £115,000 + bonus + benefits.
