Head of Service Improvement

Hays Public Services are currently working with a Clinical Commissioning Group based in South Yorkshire for an Interim Head of Service Improvement for an initial 3-4 month contract.

This role will lead the planning, development and delivery of innovative transformational change and service improvement programmes in line with the Strategic Commissioning Plan and Finance Plan using robust programme and project management methodologies. 

You will also manage the interface with other commissioning organisations including the Local Authority and the Commissioning Support Unit to ensure the needs of the population and pattern of demand is understood in the context of planning system / service / pathway transformation.

The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification who can demonstrate substantial project / programme management experience within an NHS environment.  You will have successfully completed large scale projects and have experience of being able to influence board members.
