Wrap Platforms offers Advisors a full service, market-leading investment platform, providing solutions for Advisors to grow protect their client's wealth across investments, super, and self-managed super.
The Head of Service ? Wrap Platforms role will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of superior customer service of the team by creating an energised, dynamic, high performance driven environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate solid technical and operational experience within the financial services industry with exposure to investment management platform administration. Proven experience of leading people to deliver outstanding customer service is also required.
Specifically the Head of Service ? Wrap Platforms will be tasked with:
- Developing and implementing the operational activities and processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and delivery
- Performance management of key service indicators to achieve top rating best practice by ensuring service standards are achieved with customers
- Ensure all relevant administration processes are in place and continually reviewed, improved and documented to enable the area to deliver service excellence to our customers and advisers.
- Ensure that compliance/ due diligence/ risk management standards are met and maintained
- Plan, design and implement strategies and actions to enhance systems, improve procedures and services inclusive of organisational projects
- Develop the team through coaching, role modelling, skills development, succession career planning, performance management
- Co-ordinate and manage the operations of the team to achieve the area's service, resources, budgetary and other operational targets
- Establish budget, maintain and control efficiencies
- Ensure that compliance/ due diligence/ risk management standards are maintained
