Job Details:
Responsible for dealing with different Exchanges/Clearing House/Custodians with regards to any rules and regulation updates/changes
Drive projects which includes infrastructure build such as Gloss upgrade and workflow reengineering.
Resolve any team or people issues and manage the overall team performance
Work with Equities/Debt Capital markets to make sure all New Issues are settled on timely basis
Job Requirements:
University Degree
8 years of experiences in Back office
Demonstrable leadership skills; ability to motivate, positively influence and mentor
Superior communication skills
Thorough understanding of operational risk
