Our Client is a leading corporate and investment bank, provides a wide range of capital market products and services to corporations, governments and institutions.
The Role
- You will be responsible to Develop and Manage the Team/Teamwork: Partner with Global Technology to maintain good relationships, you will be responsible to develop an expense budget consistent with the team's goals set out in the business.
- Plan, match the people pipeline to the business pipeline in terms of onboarding timeline, skill sets required and quality of staff.
- You will be also responsible to manage the 'Attract, Recruit, Retain and Develop' activities for the Singapore Service Centre.
- In partnership with HR, you will establish and maintain ongoing relationships with recruitment agencies, continuously review the organization to ensure it is achieving the business needs, including organization structure, job specs, skills development, career development and leadership development.
- IT Management escalation point for people issues in the Service Centre, P3 performance management and talent management for the Service Centre
- In partnership with HR, benchmark and ensure compensation is competitive in Singapore, create a positive work environment that inspires the will to win, promotes customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest and coach team members and provide and encourage ongoing feedback on individual/ team achievements and promote a positive work environment.
Your Profile
You need to get a Degree in Engineering or Comp Science preferred or relevant
Industry experience. Experience in running onshore/offshore development, testing and support centres preferred. Strong relationship management skills is
essential.
Team leadership skills and experience. Ability to build team from scratch and manage them.
Functional knowledge - experience around the broad capabilities in managing
trading/operations applications and has knowledge of capital market products and start-up experience.
