Head of SME Banking
Reporting to the Group Business Banking, your key purpose in this role will be to lead and develop the entire SME segment.
Key responsibilities include:
- to grow revenues of the largest portfolio of the Bank by effectively managing, developing, and retaining quality business relationships via a strong SME banking team of relationship managers

to lead the SME Banking segment comprising 30 Business Centres nationwide with a key focus on developing the business proposal across the nation
- to work collaboratively with other banking segments to develop strategic and tactical plans that enable revenue growth, increased brand presence, and enhanced custoemr satisfaction toward the bank's brand
- to lead, coach and mentor the management team of professional within the SME function with the aim of building staff engagement, inspiring others to achieve goals and facilitating the development of the business line
- to represent the Bank in the SME market and community as well as represent the brand as a senior leader in the business segment
With the ability to articulate strategy to the management team, you will take the lead in building the SME segment.
Key requirements include:
- strong sales leadership capability and experience coupled with sound commercial knowledge and extensive credit understanding within the Banking environment
- superior communication skills, show sound business judgement by taking an organisational perspective
- establish a strong and credible impression on others and embrace opportunities for learning and continuous improvement
- responsible for driving a high performance culture, and most importantly be a strong leader and mentor to staff
