Your small group of software superstars will create technologies that will redefine quantitative trading. Our objective is to create a higher-level system that will enable your technology group to accomplish much more than giant groups at larger firms. You will be the key to this process, so long as you have

            the desire to create technologies that are higher-level and significantly more powerful than the best existing systems;

            the intellectual horsepower to understand the design of the system at multiple levels of abstraction and to make key decisions;

            the verbal communication skills to lead projects and incorporate your and others’ ideas in an optimal way;

            the software skills to ensure that the implementation process moves forward and creates high quality code;

            and the ability to manage great programmers.

Even in success, there is still much more to achieve. If you want a company which does not put upper bounds on the productivity of software, the productivity of the people who create software, or the compensation of the people who create software, this may be the position for you.

In order to be considered, you’ll need to demonstrate a track record of success in software both as a manager or leader and as a programmer, engineer, or architect. You must have participated in the architecture and delivery of a significant software system. You will need high intellectual capacity and keen communication skills to lead group discussions and steer expedient development. You’ll have your own opinions on language choice, and your input will be considered for new development. Our focus is on top-notch results in real-world projects.
