Head of Solution Sales recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Leads, manages and coaches teams of sales and consultancy professionals (solutions sales and pre-sales consultants.
- Execute strategy, operational environment and talent development .
- Ensure accurate sales forecasts for the team and reporting
- Works collaboratively effectively with the account management teams in the channels, participates in the strategic planning process to establish corporate sales and profitability goals; interfaces and negotiates major deals with customers and resellers.
- Works collaboratively with regional Practice leads to leverages market knowledge, customer feedback .
- Manages direct cost. Sets revenue and objectives for the sales and consultancy functions in the unit
Requirements:
- Degree of the Bachelor of Commerce/ Business/ Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar roles.
- Competitive landscaping differentiation - Demonstrates knowledge of competitor offerings, strategies, sales, and tactics, from a local perspective. An understanding of how local developments across sub regional/hub can be leveraged across the region to share 'best practices'
- Market and Industry insight : demonstrated expertise within global financial markets, including knowledge of the key institutions and market players; Regularly coaches others on industry value chains (where value is created and who captures it) and/or legal and regulatory issues
- Networking : Has built a robust network of peers and experts, maintaining relationships with a large number of key stakeholders.
