We are now looking to recruit a Head of Special Interest Groups to join our Member Services Team. Our Special Interest Groups provide support, information and representation for Chartered Accountants working in a range of diverse sector.


Reporting to the Director of Member Services you will be responsible for managing a small team which delivers the Special Interest Groups service to ICAEW members. You will provide strategy direction for the service and deliver a high level of professional customer service to Special Interest Group members, committees and other ICAEW representatives. You will also be responsible for developing the Special Interest Group product offering and growing its subscriber numbers. You will also work proactively with other departments across the ICAEW to ensure that each Special Interest Group is developed and promoted effectively.


You will ideally be a graduate (or equivalent) and hold the ACA qualification, although candidates with relevant experience who are not ACA qualified will also be considered.


You will have proven project management skills combined with impressive communication and planning skills with the gravitas to work across a wide range of sectors and provide a first class service to our Special Interest Group members.


This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant with proven post qualification experience or a senior professional with strong project management and planning skills to join one of the leading professional bodies in Europe.
