Head of Strategic Analysis & MI, Group ALM/Treasury recruitment
Responsibilities
• Member of the UK Alco
• Design and deliver an effective and efficient ALM Analysis MI reporting system
• Lead a team (5 staff) that produces high added value MI Analysis to facilitate decision taking.
• Ability to understand external environment / factors, translating this to MI and reporting approaches and anticipating implications.
• Own the Funding Plans for UK
• Designs and implement a robust framework for a production of the Funding Plans and associated liquidity and funding metrics, with enough granularity and flexibility to perform stress tests and scenario analysis.
• Provide / contribute strategic thinking to wider senior management team.
• Represent in external industry forum on his area of responsibilities.
Experience
• Deeply knowledgeable in liquidity and market risk management topics. In particular: measurement, applicable regulations, industry challenges.
• At least 5 years management experience with an understanding, knowledge of ALM / Treasury matters.
• Well developed negotiating and influencing skills, especially with Senior Stakeholders.
• At a senior level to possess the ability to articulate and influence, effect change and be credible, particularly in making recommendations regarding strategies.
