Head of Strategy, Division of FTSE 100 Financial/ Business Services recruitment
Our client is a market leading division of a FTSE 100 business. They are very successful.
They are now looking to add a Head of Strategy to the UK team, who will on the formulation of corporate strategy for the business, and assisting in the overall shaping and commercial development of the firm. The role will lead a small, high calibre team and also have involvement in corporate development projects.
The role is a great opportunity for an experienced engagment or project manager level professional from a leading strategy consulting firm, or a senior strategy manager from another business looking to make a move into a Head of team role.
Therefore, you will have a background as follows:
- strategy consultants from tier one firms
- strategy managers from other corporates, who will probably have trained in a tier one strategy consulting firm before
- level of experience: probably 7 – 10 years + project manager to engagement manager level
- Candidates might have a mix of MA/ strategy/ consulting and MA
- MBA background useful
- Able to mange small teams
