Head of Strategy & Operations – Retail recruitment
This Global role will be primarily responsible for the leadership of the financial operations and strategic execution processes; driving operational effectiveness across the global operating divisions. Secondary this role will oversee the execution of the strategic plan; driving the budgeting and forecasting process and ensuring financial targets are met and developed. As a senior member of the management team your responsibilities will also cover the development and execution of new business initiatives around productivity and process improvement.
This is a senior role within the management team and will be based in their Global Headquarters here in Hong Kong. This is a strategic role and successful candidates will need to demonstrate prior experience in; managing large global teams, driving results at a retail and operations level, design and execution of strategic initiatives.
You will need to have at lest 15 years experience in the Retail Industry and have appropriate experience in Finance and Operations. You will have experience in the design and execution of growth focused strategic initiatives. MBA/CA/CPA qualifications are being sought after for this position.
