The Role
Planning, promoting and managing following business:
Structuring securitization scheme, debt funds, covered bond / loan etc. to release credit risk, funding obligation or both. Creating new structured credit distribution platform for institutional investor, multilateral agencies and development ?nancial institutions. Main asset class would include, but not limited to, project ?nance, aircraft ?nance, corporate ?nance including SME and micro ?nance.
Your Profile
Understanding of institutional investors' strategy for asset class mentioned above. Understanding of multilateral agencies and development ?nancial institutions' strategy for asset class mentioned above. Knowledge on evolution of regulatory environment such as Basel III Solvency ll and impact on ?nancial market.
