Head of Systems Audit recruitment
Lead the internal audit service provided to the Systems and change management programmes within this leading Middle East bank. Ensure that Audit is positioned to provide independent assurance to the Board Audit Committee that the governance, risk management and control processes within these sectors are adequate, effective, efficient and sustainable and to work in partnership with Management to support their related continuous improvement processes through the sharing of best practices.
Working closely with the Business Heads you will provide a pro-active approach to the development of the audit plan and the overall governance of an on-going substantial transformation programme. You may well not be an Auditor but you will have substantial experience of project and change management programmes with either a large systems house or one of the 'big 4' firms.
Excellent communication skills and management and team development skills are a pre-requisite.
