Head of Tax for Fatca and US regulatory – Geneva recruitment
This senior management position (Tax) is responsible for implementing, developping and processing all issues related to Taxxation as defined by the US regulatory rules applicable to international PB and cross borders.
Position:
- manages the team and develop the expertise (priority: FATCA)
- decides on operations taxation reporting, conduct monitoring, take decisions
- develop the changes according to changes in regulations (IRS, QI,.)
- built and communicate the competence centre as "best practices"
Profile
As a senior Tax manager you have a strong track record in international regulations (QI, Fatca a Must). You are a leader by essence.
- 10+ years of experience in a Bank (PB) or in an Audit firm, preferably in a major financial center (Paris, London, Luxembourg, Zurich), advanced Tax experience / skills
- french and english fluent
- strong leadership, outstanding communication skils as required in a large / international firm
The position is based in Geneva as a "Director"
