Head of Technology – Boutique Investment Management Firm – London recruitment
The investment management firm established 10 years ago has grown its assets under management year on year and offer Retail Products including Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS) and Inheritance Tax (IHT) investment solutions, as well as multi manager and absolute return funds.
The role is to lead technology front to back (CTO), which includes everything from infrastructure through development and support, plus an increasing amount of vendor management.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
• recent experience in a leadership role in a small / regional organisation
• financial markets experience
• Development background and still considered technical
• Excellent academic record
• 3rd party system and vendor management experience
• Be comfortable managing a small team
• An innovative and creative attitude to work
