This strategic hire will see you partner with the General Manager for Technology for Asia Pacific Europe America (APEA) while helping to drive ANZ's Retail Wealth Technology business towards our aspirational regional strategy.
As "Head of " the function, you will fulfil the joint responsibilities of IT business change, engagement and execution. Key accountabilities include the end to end delivery of all technology services into the relevant business divisions, including delivery of strong subject matter expertise in the Retail Wealth domains, facilitation of the technology investment for the business division, scoping of specific business demand, alignment with the ANZ technology roadmap, program delivery for the designated slate of investment, and reporting on divisional technology costs and service levels.
Further to the above you will manage and balance business segment priorities, staff resourcing and development, IT budgets, cross IT impact and resourcing in accordance with the ANZ Technology operating model. As part of the Technology Senior Leadership Team, you will drive the transformation required to embed our Technology Operating Model and harness all components of the global ANZ technology team.
Qualifications
- Partnering directly with our Retail Wealth business will require applicants with the highest level of stakeholder management skills combined with an ability to influence change both directly and indirectly across multiple lines of business.
- You are a strategic thinking with deep domain knowledge within Retail and Wealth.
- It is essential that you bring to this role a proven track record of deliver in "Asia", you understand the region, how it works, combined with deep domain knowledge, specifically within Internet and Mobile Banking.
- Complimenting the above is your exposure to change, project and portfolio management, your technical expertise and architectural mindset.
