Head of Trade Finance recruitment
This role's main responsibility is to manage and grow the Trade business including managing the China PL. You will develop new markets and expand the bank's footprint in China. You will be a senior leader in the transaction banking business and act as a senior client representative as well as a senior mentor for their China staff. This person will be the face of the bank and will be crucial for the development of 50% of our client's China business.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a strong track record of leadership working in multi-cultural organizations, having exposure both in the China market and within the field of Transaction Banking. The role would require someone with excellent people, process and business leadership skills. This candidate will have to have the ability to build and motivate teams.
