Head of Trade Services recruitment
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a proven career within Trade Finance to develop their career within a fast growing bank.
As the Head of Trade services UK Operations you will be responsible for management of a large Trade Finance Operations team in London and the creation of an outs-sourced function, and working closely with the Trade Finance Origination teams and Relationship Managers, developing strategies and projects within the Corporate Bank.
Your skills and qualifications will include:
Significant technical knowledge of Trade Services Operations - considered an expert in the Group gained within a Trade Finance function
Man management experience within a Trade Services operations area
In depth knowledge of Trade Services documentation, products, processes, policies and procedures across the organisation
Detailed knowledge of relevant regulatory issues
Strong Project Management skills
Knowledge of sophisticated TS and Payment systems
As a Head of Trade services UK Operations your main responsibilities will involve:
Recruit, motivate and develop Trade finance UK Operations team to cope with substantial organic and inorganic growth
Direct management of trade finance operations team to deliver high quality performance
Successful and proactive communication and planning with Front Office teams
Successfully implement process improvement; evaluation of change process
Proactively seeks to improve service levels provided
