Head of Transaction Support Services recruitment
We are the Singapore member of RSM International, the world’s sixth largest network of independent accounting and consulting firms. We focus on internationally active mid-market businesses. We are also the Asia Pacific’s Centre of Excellence for Transaction Services of RSM International.
The Head of TSS shall lead and build the transaction support services practice, primarily focusing on buy side advisory services. The person shall be a dynamic and self motivated person with good business acumen and leadership qualities. Manage a professional outfit to market and provide the full suite of services involving
- Financial and commercial due diligence review;
- Project management of MA transactions;
- Evaluation and structuring MA transaction;
- Participation in negotiation;
- Advice on valuation and transaction terms;
- Advice in transaction documentation; and
- Advice on post completion integration; etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA and CPA
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including not less than 3 years of audit experience
- Independent, mature with proven leadership and management experience
- Conversant with Mandarin and prior working experiences in the PRC preferred
- Excellent relationship management, presentation, spreadsheet , report writing, negotiation, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of FRS, capital market requirements preferred
- Overseas traveling required
