Head of Transformation Projects recruitment
Our client, a leading investment management firm, currently seeks a Head of Transformation, to be based in London
The Head of Transformation will be responsible for:
-Measuring/monitoring progress of strategy delivery via the Transformation Office team
and ensure that the company strategy and vision is delivered
-Managing key stakeholders and provide visibility of the overall transformation
programme to the board
-Facilitating problem solving with the business as the company evolves through its
transformation programme
-Closely working with the Project Sponsors and Project Managers to deliver across the
business
As such, the successful Head of Transformation will have the following skills and experience:
-Degree Educated (MBA level education desirable, and the ability to demonstrate
intellectual agility)
-Proven track record of managing 'business-led' strategy design and organisational change
initiatives, preferably in the investment management/wealth management sector
-Extensive experience of working in a data-driven and analytical role- to be nimble and
comfortable with MI and its analysis
-Prior management consulting experience is advantageous
-Experience in strategy and transformation within an FS environment is essential
