Accountable for a specific trading activity. Has In-depth understanding of liquidity management, bank funding strategy and the money markets. Ensures optimal funding for the Bank programs. Understands Bank funding strategy and can translate into a tactical issuance plan. Able to lead a project or key initiative. Strong partnering/communication skills with senior management and key business partners.

Requirements
Preferred Background
- Minimum of 12-15 years experience in markets and treasury trading, with thorough knowledge of relevant instruments – money markets, FX spot and forwards, currency and interest rate swaps, bond markets, issuance and funding programs
- Knowledge of banking operations and the regulatory environment
- Islamic banking knowledge (must)
- Proven track record of effective balance sheet management, financial decision making
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills of managing a team of trading / funding personnel
