Job Description
- Responsible for clear work objectives, design operation planning for Trust Transactions Dept.
- Assisting with management team to determine the total annual corporate trust business objectives.
- Organize and make guidelines for all kinds of trust business.
- Responsible for the company's short-term, medium-term business plan for coordinating the trust, enhance the company's core profitability.
- Involved in developing the annual budget, and the budget implementation for tracking, monitoring, proposing adjustments to the management team.
- Support each department to develop and operation on business trust transactions line and maintain the customers' public relations.
- Design training objectives, training requirements and planning.
The Successful Applicant
- Master degree or above major in Financial, Economic, Accounting, legal or other related professionals.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in financial field or 5 years in trust transactions with 3 years on management level.
- Good leadership to team, department and corporate.
- CPA or Judicial Professional qualifications is preferable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good capability of anti-pressure.
- Skill used of office software.
- Able to adapt to travel frequently
