Head of Unit New Issues Investment Funds recruitment

As Head of New Issues Investement Funds, you are responsible for a team of 6/9 staff with a focus on issuance of domestic and off-shore investment funds and all related tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Accept new investment funds in the Clearstream system
- Organise workload within the team and manage the staff accordingly
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders the acceptance of funds for new portfolios received
- Handle customer queries relating to the afore mentioned tasks
- Support any other tasks related to IFS projects
Our requirements
- University degree in Economics
- A minimum of 5 year work experience in New Issues process
- 5 years' experience as Head of Unit
- Knowledge of investment funds industry
- Very good analytical skills
- Persuasive, independent and accurate way of working with a proactive structured approach
- Resistant to stress with a high degree of flexibility
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. French and/or German will be an asset
