Clients
Financial Institutions (Banks, DFIs, Fund Managers etc), Large Corporates (Multinational domestic), Public Sector (Finance Ministries, Trade Boards etc)
Location
Accra, Ghana
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- take a leading role in improving the bank's sales strategy in West Africa
- have full responsibility for implenenting the strategy
Candidate Specification
- the successful candidate will have a proven trading and/or sales track record in FX rates within a major international bank
- he or she will demonstrate a strong grasp of the core products that the bank sells to its institutional clients
- the candidate must have strong strategic and leadership skills
- strong people management skills will be vital for running this regionally dispersed team
- they will possess a full grasp of the business culture and other nuances involved in trading successfully in West Africa
- the preference would be for an individual with an active network of contacts in the region
