Job Summary: You'll be responsible for the supervision of Tellers by providing day-to-day leadership, direction and training to ensure proper handling of cash and Customer transactions. Responsibilities: *Provides exceptional Customer service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to more complex inquiries and assisting others with more complex transactions and Customer interactions *Have a strong working knowledge of all operational systems and databases i.e. ATM, Penny Arcade, TCR/ TCD, E-Time *Supervise and proficiently schedule the Teller team including lunchtime and shift changes. Work the Teller drawer when necessary *Reinforce Teller Operational Standards and Compliance Training completion with team *Provide Bump-it-Up leadership, conflict resolution, process improvement and communication management for Tellers *Manage Teller Paid Time Off PTO within the PTO staffing model *Conduct Teller coaching sessions to positively reinforce behavior *Delegate projects to team members to manage *Recruit, interview, train, orient, create conference notes and evaluate Tellers in accordance with HR guidelines Requirements Include: *High school diploma or equivalent experience 1482 1-2 years related experience required *Maintain current HR and Retail Leadership education 1482 Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills 1482 Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving 1482 Ability to multi-task and maintain order on Teller line 1482 Basic knowledge of computer programs, including Word and Excel 1472 Primarily work in assigned Retail Store. Occasional travel required for Classroom Training, On-the-Job Training and Service Learning projects 1472 Ability to supervise/ lead Teller line. *Prior cash handling, sales and customer service experience *Prior Supervisory experience *Flexibility with your work schedule *Ability to work evenings, Saturdays and Sundays Job Grade: 4 EOE.
