Job Description
As the Head of Treasury Operations, you play a critical role in managing the entire financial markets operations functions based out of Singapore. Specifically, you have an important mandate to ensure that the Operations consistently develop a high level of service to the clients. Having a strong understanding of the processes, you will also be developing strategies to streamline and automate processes and improve operational work flow. This role also gives you the opportunity to work closely with the Middle Office and external clients.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong working knowledge of FX, Equity Derivatives and Cash Derivatives
- Extensive experience in financial markets operations
- Strong grasp of risk and controls in an operations environment
- Proven track record in a leadership capacity
