Head, Wholesale Banking
Reporting directly to the Director of Wholesale Banking, you will be required to head a team of Relationship Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing the Bank's Labuan's loans, investment and depostis by providing integrated, need based solutions with respect to the corporate customer segment by providing humanized banking services with Client's best interest at heart
- Manage the total Client Coverage and coordiate all relationship networks across the region by working closely with other function and leverage on Global Wholesale Banking talents
- Involve in the development / formulation of new customer products services solutions to enhance the profitability of Labuan
To suceed in this key role, you will have minimum seven years' experience in a related field, especially financial advisory and corporate client relationship management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in managing comoplex corporate client relationship
- Strong strategy and business planning skills, encapsulating regional considerations and client overall business portfolio
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire set of wholesale banking solutions, with a focus on Industry
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities, and inspiring leader that people choose to follow
- Strong negotiation and influencing skils, handling difficult clients and situations
