Head/Director of Research – Real Estate Investment – Singapore recruitment
The investment manager requires a Head of Research / Research Director to lead and direct the Research Department on property, economic and financial market research. The Head of Research / Research Director will implement and create the annual research plan and boost the internal capability of the research team/function. They will also be responsible for identifying, analysing and interpreting economic and real estate trends and support the firm in formulating investment strategies, prepare investor reports and make presentations. The Head of Research / Research Director requires a minimum of 8-12 years relevant research experience across Asia. The funds will incorporate coverage across Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Applicants must have excellent analytical, report writing, communication and presentation skills.
