We are a leading Global Bank and as such we are seeking to add a Head, Networks and Merchant Management Analytics. The Decision Management team is an analytics community that objectively connects and analyzes information to create actionable intelligence for our business leaders. It identifies fact based opportunities for revenue growth in partnership with the businesses.

 

Overall Job Purpose:

This is a high impact and highly visible Senior Management role that will bring  analytic thought leadership to the Global Networks and Merchant Management organization in our NA Cards Division.  This group Head will build and lead a small team of quantitative professionals needed to create information intelligence and insights in evaluating, sourcing, and managing new partner programs and merchant funded offer management.

Responsibilities include:

·        Create and drive high-impact strategic analytical presentations for new business development utilizing sophisticated analytical techniques

·        Build and lead a team of quantitative professionals in creating algorithms and perform critical analysis by managing and leveraging resources across the organization  

·        Share findings with the senior most levels of NA card executive leadership through concise presentations.

·        Partner seamlessly across the N.A. Card and Consumer business to access information and create and drive strategies and implementation 

 

Key Collaboration Points

·        Influence and prioritization of Cards Decision Management teams

·        Partner with Global Decision Management to leverage best practices

·        Influence and Collaboration with Risk, Finance and the Global Networks teams

 

Business and Technical Requirements

·        10+ years of analytical work experience in  Branded or Private Label credit cards

·        Advanced degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or other quantitative discipline 

·        Strong record of achievement in translating data into insights to shape solutions and approaches and to realize marketplace potential/achieve financial goals

·        Base knowledge of merchant sector  and understand financial valuation Proven record in problem solving and business innovation and excellent project management skills to get things done

·        Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed and fast-paced corporate environment.
