An outsourced Contact Centre provider is currently recruiting a number of Health Advisors. The main focus of the job is dealing with patient calls from the organisations direct NHS contract.
This interesting and diverse role will primarily involve dealing with a number of inbound calls from health patients seeking advice for various health related issues.
Due to the nature of the role excellent communication skills are essential, aswell as having the ability to work under pressure, as responsibilities may change according to the changing needs of the service. In addition to the above the successful applicant must be flexible as hours may vary depending on lines being open 24 hours and varying shift patterns.
