We are looking for a flexible, self motivated, friendly and fit person to take on a manager roll within our health fitness studios. You must be very flexible within your working hours as we are open Mon-Fri 7am to 8pm Sat 8am-2pm. Must have very professonal and friendly phone manner.
You will be expected to work any of these hours and every second Saturday. Please don't apply if you are limited on when you can work. Rosters are done monthly and we are flexible with the times you can't work as long as we are notified prior to rosters being completed.
You will be required to do opening and closeing procedures and be responsible for the runnng of the studios with another staff member. You must also be able to make decisions using your own initative. All training is done in house, but a knowledge of running a business is a bonus.
We are looking for long term staff as there is a lot of training involved and want only serious applicants that want to go forward within our business.
All applicants must be able to interact with all ages and motivate all types of personality. Good Computer and eftpos/money handlng skills is a must. Customer service is our highest priority of all. Must be able to work in a team envroment and must be a people person.
Hygene is a very high priority within our business, so attention to detail is a must. All our staff are expected to be able to do all aspects involved in the running of the studios as your role will be very hands on.
Upselling is the core of our business, so you must be able to upsell to anyone and everyone. Incentives will be available for upselling. We have a fantastic customer base and the right person for the job will really enjoy working within our company.
