HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT Level 3
Hays is looking to recruit an experienced Health Care Assistant at Level 3 for a temporary locum position at RAF Halton, Buckinghamshire.
Dates Required: 29th May - 29th Sep 13
Hours Required: 35hrs Mon – Fri 7hrs a day
Your Duties will involve:
You will be working at the Medical Centre and provide full support to the Line Manager by carrying out duties normally undertaken by RAF Medics. These duties will include medical administration, first aid, hearing tests, visual acuity test, venepuncture, administering vaccinations and taking baseline observations. Working hours will be between 0745 1645 Monday to Friday.
You must have the following
Previous experience working in general practice or other healthcare environment
National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) level 3 in healthcare
Evidence of full immunisation history
