Health Care Compliance Officer recruitment
In the role you will lead and drive the Health Care Compliance program to ensure business practice and activities are in compliance with internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an effective compliance program
- Conduct self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect proves gaps and consistencies
- Provide and coordinate appropriate guidance, education, training and regular communications on company compliance policies
- Manage day–to-day allegations and investigations
- Plan and execute effective testing and monitoring activities
Experience
- Ideally you will have 8 years experience of which a minimum of 3 is in a compliance
- A background knowledge in law, audit, forensic accounting, finance or FCPA will definitely be an asset
- Experience and exposure in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
- A commercially minded approach to business and compliance and also have the ability to manage conflicts in a constructive manner
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese language skills
