Deloitte Life Sciences and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) is looking for an enthusiastic:
HEALTH ECONOMICS AND OUTCOMES RESEARCH
ANALYST/CONSULTANT
with strong technical abilities who is a strategic thinker to be a part of the growing centre of excellence team on Life Sciences and HEOR at Deloitte.
Your Job
- Design, run and analyse health economic models such as Markov models, Discrete event simulation models, agent based models;
- Provide input to other projects related to simulation modelling;
- Carry out statistical analysis by making use of patient level data;
- Include the input on HE from global, regional and/or local studies to run economic analysis;
- Perform HE-specific tasks from study design development to dissemination;
- Develop study specific documents including concept documents, project progress presentations, project reports;
- Take part in the execution of the study publications, ensuring alignment with project aims and purposes;
- Evaluate health economics models and provide criticism on the model structure.
Your profile
- Strong analytical background;
- Fluent with economic and operations research modelling methods in health economics;
- Expertise with operations research, simulation software;
- Post graduate training on a subject area related to health economics operations research;
- Understanding of the clinical data (Life sciences background would be an advantage);
- Strong written and communication skills in English is necessary.
We prefer
- Some working experience;
- Previous consulting and/or pharmaceutical industry experience;
- A clinical/life sciences related first degree (Nursing, pharmacology, medicine, biology, physiotherapy etc.);
- Economics, mathematics related first degree;
- French and/or Dutch speaking.
