Health Information Technology Standards Principal
Candidate will be expected to work with customers and/or groups in determining the best approaches for using standards and health IT to address interoperability and quality. The candidate should be an innovative and analytical thinker who develops informatics solutions that can help foster integration of healthcare and information systems, both internal and external to the federal government. The candidate will be responsible for analysis, advice and oversight of complex business systems architectures and solutions to major engineering challenges for health care applications. * This position will require overnight travel up to 10% of the time. *Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, MITRE will consider only applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
