OHI Specialist - Part Time M-F
Benefit Recovery is currently searching for an outgoing, self-starting multi-tasker for health insurance information collection. The position is at Vance AFB in Enid, Oklahoma. Candidates must be computer literate.
An OHI Specialist provides assistance to customers from military retirees and dependents that utilize the Air Force Base clinics and satellite pharmacies and compiles information to transmit to our HUB in San Antonio, Texas.
Good communication skills are essential. Knowledge of HIPAA, TPOCS, and UB92, HCFA1500, ICD-9 forms and CPT codes is preferred. Some experience in the customer service field is a must. An OHI Specialist must have the ability to communicate effectively with a positive attitude and pleasant voice during interaction with colleagues, hospital staff, patients, public, and physicians and their staff.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal and credit clearance.
