Job Description Imagine yourself... Coordinating tests and procedures ordered to eliminate unnecessary delays. Obtaining test results from other departments and reporting to nurse in charge of patient. Serving as a resource for customers, patients and staff needing assistance with directions or information. Preparing and compiling necessary chart forms for admissions, transfers, discharges and expirations. Coordinating all patient activities on and off the nursing unit including transfers within facility and from other facilities upon physician order. Working with nurses and other health care staff as a CNA when needed.
