Are you passionate about personal health fitness? Would you like to expand this passion by inspiring others to reach their own fitness goals as well? The YMCA of Orange County is currently looking for upbeat individuals to help orient, motivate and safely instruct members in our Group Exercise classes! Exercise Instructors are asked to schedule, develop, monitor and promote safe and appropriate programs, as well as be able to form strong relationships with our members, as they are very often the reason members are able to maintain and achieve their fitness goals! Our Exercise Instructors are also asked to model YMCA principles and policies at all times for the betterment of our members and the community. Must be Les Mills BodyPump Certified. Must be available to teach early mornings 5:45am-9:30am . Must have 6 months Les Mills BodyPump Teaching experience.

Qualifications include*:

·Must be 18 years of age.

·CPR First Aid certifications. Possess a Les Mills Certification in BodyPump format.

·Obtain Principles of YMCA Health Fitness certification within 90 days of employment.

·Prior experience in exercise instruction required.

·Excellent verbal communication skills.

·Strong customer and results orientation.

·Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
